Head of Central AI (m/w/d) at 50Hertz Transmission GmbH (Elia Group). Lead the development of AI governance, frameworks, platforms, and reusable components, implement selected group-wide AI projects, and promote innovations while ensuring responsible AI practices throughout the entire group.

Requirements

  • Define group-wide AI governance structures and standards and ensure their compliance, taking into account ethical guidelines.
  • Translate strategic AI standards into practical technical frameworks and reusable components.
  • Assume (co-) responsibility for the operation of central AI platforms and ensure their reliability, performance, and security.
  • Support, coordinate, and harmonize local AI initiatives within the company group.
  • Build a strong, company-wide AI community and continuously develop it.
