We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to provide full-time administrative, coordination, and logistical support for a federal government contract. The Project Coordinator will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the program by managing schedules, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and supporting project governance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or program administration roles
- Experience working in federal government contracting environments, preferably supporting CMS or healthcare-related programs
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
- Must reside in the Continental US
- Depending on the government agency, specific requirements may include public trust background check or security clearance
