Agile Coach

• Enable organizational agility by creating the conditions and alignment for change
• Collaborates negotiates and positively influences leadership and team members across all levels of the organization
• Become a consultant for individuals or organizations to remove organization/process blockers
• Creates and conducts coaching and training (Related to Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, etc)
• Implementation of Agile Framework in Organizations
• Able to showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
• Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Cadence

• Having 3-5 years of experience in scrum, kanban, and agile cadence
• All background, preferred has to background IT
• Tech Savvy
• Have a growth mindset and have a strong strategic and creative mind
• Having Agile certification is an advantage
• Familiar with tools such as JIRA, TRELLO, MIRO, CLOCKIFY, Google
  Workspace and Slack is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Comfortable with Hybrid working environment
• Live in Jabodetabek is preferable
