Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a technical support or customer support, preferably in a BPO work environment
- Strong knowledge or experience in DNS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Front and Dialpad or similar tools is highly preferred
- Experience using Canva for social media management-related tasks
- Experience using ticketing tools in resolving client issues
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile
- Experience using Notion, Asana, or other related technologies
- Knowledge of site builders is preferred
