As a License Renewal & Growth Manager at Eficode, you will play a key role in the customer lifecycle by owning the renewal and license growth motion across a portfolio of customers. You will help protect and grow Eficode’s recurring revenue stream while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in renewals, customer success, licensing, account management, or sales roles
- Experience managing customer relationships within enterprise software or subscription-based environments
- Commercial mindset with confidence identifying upsell, expansion, or growth opportunities
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, or software licensing models
- The ability to collaborate effectively with both commercial and technical teams
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for modern software ecosystems and emerging technologies
