ABOUT THE ROLE
The Industry Consultant acts as a key subject matter expert for designated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. In this role, you will support the Sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing deep industry knowledge and demonstrating how our automation platform addresses customer-specific business challenges and use cases. Industry Consultants help position the company as a trusted partner with proven expertise, strengthening customer confidence and contributing to its leadership in intelligent workflow automation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide support to the Sales team by identifying opportunities within key accounts and joining sales engagements as the subject matter expert.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry-specific use cases, challenges, and regulatory requirements across global markets.
Collaborate with Strategy and Marketing teams to shape industry and use case go-to-market strategies, and promote these internally and externally.
Work with Marketing to adapt standard messaging for compelling presentations, whitepapers, and website content tailored to specific industries and use cases.
Represent the company at major industry events to expand market presence and showcase industry-specific solutions.
Engage with channel partners to identify existing solutions and expertise, and support them in developing additional industry-focused offerings.
Partner with Sales Enablement to train sales teams and partners on industry trends, terminology, business challenges, and relevant use cases.
Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and reference materials to enhance industry knowledge across the organization.
Drive the development of industry vertical strategies, thought leadership, and cross-functional alignment to deliver sustainable value for the business and its partners.
Act as a trusted advisor to Product Management and Strategy teams, collaborating with executives to define and communicate the go-to-market strategy.

REQUIREMENTS
Recognized thought leader in mid- to large-enterprise software within leading technology companies.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consulting, strategy development, operations management, or related fields.
Expertise in applying automation, analytics, and AI to industry-specific challenges.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to frame complex issues, evaluate options, and deliver solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience engaging with executive stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills to drive strategic initiatives.
Deep understanding of macro business trends, competitive landscapes, and executive communication, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex strategies.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
