- Preferred Location: Poland/Romania/Bulgaria/Lithuania/Czech Repubic/Slovakia
- Working Hours: Standard office hours
- Start Date: ASAP
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience with React
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end product feature development (planning, execution, testing, deployment)
- Experience with GraphQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Strong understanding of product development for non-technical end users
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, customer experience teams)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with AWS
- Strong focus on user experience and product design
Team & Work Environment
- The product team consists of 12 engineers, primarily fullstack developers
- Engineers take full ownership, handling both development and deployment (no dedicated QA or DevOps)
