Operational Excellence Manager leads EdgeUno's operational excellence strategy across all business areas, driving continuous improvement, process architecture governance, quality systems, KPI discipline, and cross functional performance alignment.
Requirements
- Advanced English C1 or higher
- 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Transformation, Consulting, or Operations leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies
- Strong experience designing KPIs and performance dashboards
- Experience building and maintaining process architecture and governance frameworks
- Demonstrated success leading cross functional transformation initiatives
- Experience with Integrated Management Systems and certification environments
- Experience in telecom, cloud, infrastructure, or data center sectors
- Strong analytical and systems thinking capability
- Experience working in technology driven or infrastructure environments
