We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer – Developer Experience to join us remotely or in our Berlin office. You will lead initiatives that improve developer workflows, design and deliver reliable CI/CD pipelines, enforce testing best practices, and explore new ways of working with AI-assisted development and workflows across the organization.

Requirements

6+ years of experience delivering software and platform solutions
Solving complex technical problems and helping teams adopt best practices
Built and operated CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
Designing and integrating automated testing strategies and quality gates
Applied AI-assisted development or automation tools to improve workflows
Passionate about improving developer experience and productivity
