As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Echo, you will serve as a trusted technical partner for our customers. You’ll work closely with customer stakeholders, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure customers successfully deploy, adopt, and scale Echo’s platform.
Requirements:
- Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of customers
- Lead technical onboarding, integrations, and issue resolution
- Act as the primary technical escalation point
- Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and retention
- Share customer feedback to influence product improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, SE, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
- Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with AI, data, or analytics platforms - advantage
