The Opportunity
This role focuses on analyzing product and business data, building dashboards, and tracking key KPIs to support product teams and management.
You’ll turn metrics into clear insights and actionable recommendations that influence product decisions and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product and business data using the company’s current analytics tools (Datalore).
- Build and maintain dashboards and custom reports for product teams and management.
- Track key KPIs across products, partners, and game verticals.
- Translate data and metrics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Validate product and business hypotheses and assess the impact of changes.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain recurring reports, including partner and periodic reporting.
- Work with data on an operational level, ensuring overall consistency and reliability.
- Participate in defining data and analytics requirements for product and development initiatives.
- Support and evolve analytical dashboards, including partner-facing views.
- Contribute to the evolution of the analytics stack and data practices.
What You Bring
- Mid-level experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with BI and dashboarding tools (Datalore, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Ability to interpret data in a business and product context, not just produce reports.
- Understanding of core product and business metrics.
- Experience working with heterogeneous data sources and basic data preparation.
- Experience in iGaming, gaming, or digital products is a strong plus.
- General understanding of good data management practices is a plus.
- Ability to define analytical requirements and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and a pragmatic mindset.
- Russian - native speaker (must have).
