Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role with customer contact
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration between customers, product, and technical departments
- Fluent command of German and English in speech and writing
- Secure handling of tools like CRM systems
