Our goal is to build each client a plan that integrates seamlessly into their day-to-day, so they can move forward with their mental health goals, without having to put life on hold.About This Role:We are seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to join our growing outpatient mental health practice, specializing in a variety of therapeutic approaches. This role is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about helping clients manage anxiety, depression, executive functioning issues, and trauma-related challenges, while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing psychotherapy through a trauma-informed lens, and be open to training in executive functioning coaching, Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), if not already proficient in these areas. The schedule for this role is flexible (a combination of days, evenings, and one weekend day) and is ideal for someone building a private practice or working an additional up to 15-20+ hours a week. This can be a hybrid or fully remote position.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is competent in one or more of the following diagnoses/modalities: OCD, ADHD, ASD (diagnoses), EMDR, or CBT & DBT (modalities)
- Must be willing to engage in training in DBT & CBT if not already trained
- Must be willing to engage in executive functioning, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder training, if not trained in another modality listed above
- Can provide in-person and/or virtual Psychotherapy, Skills Coaching, and other Therapeutic Support services
- Will maintain 15-20+ clinical hours per week.
- Can Coordinate care with additional outpatient team members to ensure continuity of care as needed
- Can continually assess clients’ progress and level of care, update treatment plans, and complete transition/discharge plans when indicated.
- Can Communicate with clients’ family/support as indicated
Requirements Related to Schedule and Structure of Position:
- Attend Clinical Meeting and supervision as needed.
- No set shift times are needed but must be able to commit to a tentative schedule for at least a 3-month period to maintain appropriate clinical care. Unavailability must be discussed during onboarding to determine if employee is available at most times needed.
- Must be available either 2 weeknights or 1 week night and 1 weekend day or evening.
