This is a remote position.
- Sales Outreach:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell our MedSpa services, generating leads and driving conversions.
- Appointment Scheduling:Book consultations, treatments, and appointments for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to service delivery.
- Data Entry & CRM Management:Accurately input and maintain client information, leads, and appointments in our CRM system to ensure up-to-date records.
- Customer Support:Answer client inquiries, provide information about services, and offer support when needed. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication.
- Administrative Support:Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing emails, maintaining calendars, and supporting the team as needed.
- Sales-Oriented:You enjoy talking to people, selling services, and have a proven ability to engage potential clients and close sales.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented:You can juggle multiple tasks, manage appointment schedules, and maintain accurate records with ease.
- Tech-Savvy:Comfortable with CRM software, Google Suite, and other digital tools. You learn new systems quickly and stay efficient with your work.
- Customer-Focused:You are dedicated to providing a positive experience for clients and making sure their needs are met at every step of the process.
