We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads within the medical devices sector, specifically targeting physicians and healthcare providers.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage and track all lead generation activities, ensuring accurate data entry and pipeline management.
- Outreach: Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential clients, build relationships, and nurture leads.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the outside sales team to facilitate further discussions and close sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
- Reporting: Regularly update and maintain records of outreach activities, lead status, and conversion rates in the CRM.
- Market Research: Conduct research on target markets, industry trends, and competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
