This is a remote position.
- Prepare and organize financial records and supporting documentation for audits
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process
- Handle department rollovers and equity rollovers with accuracy
- Review financial data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness
- Proven experience in accounting, audit, or a related field
- Required: Experience working with US-based clients or companies
- Strong background in audit preparation and financial compliance
- Experience managing department and equity rollovers
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
