As a Data Analyst for Web and App Tracking Data, you will analyze and link relevant data along the Onsite Customer Journey, identify optimization opportunities, and lead to concrete action recommendations with business impact.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree with a quantitative focus or comparable analytical qualification
- Several years (at least 2 years) of professional experience in the field of Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Web Analytics, ideally in the E-Commerce sector
- In-depth knowledge of tracking data analysis as well as experience in the conception, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests
- Safe handling of SQL and databases
- Affinity for generative AI and its use to increase efficiency along the analysis process
- Ideally experience with the Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI or Looker Studio
- Ability to structure complex issues analytically and prepare them understandably (Data Storytelling)
- Very good German skills, as the role requires close cooperation with German-speaking stakeholders
- Team ability, personal responsibility, and willingness to learn
