Revenue Manager responsible for coordinating revenue cycle activities, monitoring performance, and developing reports to track financial and operational performance. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in charge integrity/revenue management and knowledge of Epic Systems applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 6+ years of relevant Healthcare Care experience
- Coding certification (e.g. CCS, CPC, RHIA, RHIT) preferred
- HFMA CHFP (Certified Healthcare Professional) or CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) preferred
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills
