About the role
As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruiting by being a trusted counterpart for Recruiting Partners and supporting our growing client roster. You will operate on Dover's Fractional Recruiting Marketplace, focusing on operational efficiency and high-quality candidate interactions. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that align with your customers' business goals.
Associate Recruiters have the option to use Dover's free suite of tools, bring their own, or work within a company’s existing setup. This flexibility is a major advantage for both recruiters and companies, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
As Associate Recruiters gain more experience working directly with founders of startups, they can be promoted to Recruiting Partners.
Associate Recruiters start as independent contractors and have the option to join full-time.
What you'll do
Collaborate with Recruiting Partners and Associate Recrutiers to ensure that our customers' needs are met.
Source, interview, and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Onboard new customers and set them up for success by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and hiring objectives.
Guide clients through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
What we're seeking
3+ years of recruiting experience.
Experience working with startups.
A proven track record in recruiting or talent acquisition.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas independently.
The ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
