Requirements
- 5+ years in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Prime Brokerage Coverage within Finance or Fintech.
- Strong background at Tier-1 Banking Institutions (Bulge Bracket Banks, Prime Brokers) with a successful transition into institutional crypto or next-generation market infrastructure.
- Established track record of closing and managing partnerships with Market Makers, Prime Brokers, Exchanges, and institutional liquidity providers.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss API integrations, data latency, infrastructure requirements, and oracle mechanics with confidence.
- Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of European financial markets, regulatory environment, and institutional buyer behavior.
