What are we looking for
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing team and drive our demand generation efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for DoseSpot and pVerify products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, lead generation and nurture / engagement strategies to increase conversion rates through the funnel, marketing operations, and marketing team leadership, along with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and tradeshows/events.
Lead Generation and Funnel Optimization: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads that align with sales goals and target audience segments. Develop and execute strategies to nurture leads through the funnel to increase conversion rates and drive sales. Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
Marketing Automation: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing automation platforms to streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and attribution processes. Leverage data and analytics to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Thought Leadership and Content Strategy: Expertise in thought leadership and content strategy to create compelling, high-quality content that establishes our brands as industry leaders and drives engagement and growth across all channels. Ensure content is distributed effectively through appropriate channels to drive engagement and conversions.
Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, and provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
Branding: Refine brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition. Oversee the development of visual brand elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Maintain brand guidelines and standards to uphold a cohesive brand image and ensure compliance across departments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams to facilitate communication and drive shared goals.
Marketing Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and grow a top performing marketing team.
Requirements
Recommended Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience: or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the key responsibilities of the job.
8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably with some experience in a fast-paced health-tech or SaaS environment.
Strong analytical acumen with hands-on experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional work spanning marketing, sales, product, and external agencies/vendors.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
Strategic vision combined with creative problem-solving capabilities.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation tactics, and sales funnel optimization.
Must be willing to occasionally travel 5-15% of the time.
