France onlyWe are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Patient domain at Doctolib and help us revolutionize how patients manage their health. As a software engineer, you'll work on a project to transform the Doctolib app into a full health companion powered by AI, starting with an AI-powered chat built to answer patients' questions about their or their loved ones' health with accuracy, empathy, and safety.
Requirements
- Design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic systems that answer key health challenges for patients
- Partner with data scientists to design and implement evaluation pipelines, security/safety guardrails, and metrics
- Quickly validate hypotheses with offline evaluation datasets and A/B tests on real traffic
- Develop and maintain core agentic capabilities including memory, reasoning orchestration, and tool adapters, ensuring strong observability, fallback mechanisms, and fail-safe behaviors
- Own performance, observability and security: monitoring dashboards, SLO/SLI, and security posture
- Ensure privacy and security by design
