About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing Specialist to lead and build marketing efforts from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who can assess a company’s current digital presence, identify growth opportunities, and execute impactful marketing strategies.
You will work closely with leadership, providing both execution and strategic guidance to improve branding, visibility, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze website, branding, and digital presence to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Manage and create content for social media channels.
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.
- Support SEO optimization and website improvements.
- Launch and optimize marketing campaigns (organic and paid).
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Build marketing processes and workflows from scratch.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing or marketing strategy roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, branding, and lead generation.
- Experience managing social media and content planning.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and independent work style.
- English proficiency (required).
Nice to Have
- Experience with professional services companies.
- Paid ads experience (Meta Ads / Google Ads).
- Marketing automation knowledge.
- Basic design or video editing skills.
