United States onlyWe are looking to add a Project Manager to the Distinguished Business Operations Team. If you are an experienced Project Manager, with P&C Insurance knowledge, in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team. You will be managing a broad portfolio of projects including Mergers and Acquisitions to support the growth of our businesses. Project will involve working directly with business leaders, IT, Operations, vendors and offshore resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end execution and implementation of organizational initiatives, driving project delivery, issues resolution, and achievement of defined outcomes
- Tailor communication and engagement strategies that meet stakeholder needs, ensuring timely and clear information for leaders and project teams
- Build and maintain credibility, trust, and strong relationships across the organization
- Partner leaders to stand up new teams, integrate them into the organization, gain alignment on scope and outcomes, guide product implementation within the enterprise ecosystem.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, manage dependencies and achieve defined outcomes
- Utilize standardized tools and best practices to promote consistency, continuous improvement and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs within the Property & Casualty insurance industry
- Strong command of the project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, risk mitigation, and delivery accountability
- Demonstrated success influencing without authority and driving alignment across senior stakeholders
- Strategic, analytical thinker able to translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans in a fast‑paced environment
- Highly organized and self‑directed, with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level reporting and facilitation
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Mergers and Acquisitions experience highly desirable
- Limited Travel may be requested
LOCATION
- Remote position based in the United States.
COMPENSATION & PERKS
- $120,000 - $150,000 base salary plus lucrative commission. Base salary commensurate with knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
