Bonito Way, Suite 150, Meridian, ID 83642.Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll cultivate and retain ongoing customers. You'll take an empathetic and consultative approach as you persuade customers to maintain their services with us through complex issue resolution and process improvements. Your success will be dependent on how effectively you transform a frustrated exchange into an excellent customer experience.Key RequirementsGood listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively under pressure.Extensive knowledge of our products and services – this determines how well you resolve problems and offer advanced solutions to customers.Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced virtual environment.What You'll DoAnswer customer calls and address all requests or inquiries concerning services and products, and report problem areas.Utilize various systems and tools to assist customers.Use sales expertise to make recommendations according to customer's needs.Use operational systems to process purchases of all products and services.Apply solid problem‑solving skills to identify and solve customers' technical issues.Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.Support customers during working hours (Mon‑Fri 5:55 AM – 8:00 PM, Sat/Sun 6:55 AM – 8:00 PM MST). Some holiday coverage and occasional overtime may be required.Additional Requirements6 months to 1 year of customer‑service work experience.Familiarity with Windows computers.Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance.A private or secluded work location within your residence.Reliable LAN or WLAN internet service with speeds of at least 18 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload dedicated to DIRECTV work.CompensationThe base wage range for this full‑time position is $18.02 – $24.71 per hour plus bonus (if applicable) and benefits. The range displayed on each posting reflects the minimum and maximum hourly wage for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to a competitive wage, there is the opportunity to earn a monthly performance bonus.
