Senior Recruiter (Remote US)

Directive Consulting is the leading B2B marketing agency for brands that are serious about the metrics that matter most. We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team, helping us build deep talent pipelines and identify great candidates across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, ideally with performance marketing agency experience
• Experience in recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops, etc.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK and US markets
• In-depth knowledge and proven track record of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
