We're looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious designer who's excited to make their mark in performance-driven advertising. You'll bring ideas to life across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, crafting visuals that stop the scroll and drive results.
Requirements
- Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages, that are backed by data to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs.
- Produce motion graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.
- Design and implement A/B tests tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcome
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while communicating effectively with project management and additional internal stakeholders to provide updates on the status of their projects, respond to feedback, and ensure that their needs are being met.
