Virtual Pay Support Advisor - Remote

As a key member of the East Region team, the Virtual Pay Support Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of service to clients for our virtual pay programs.
This role will work closely with the Support Team and Travel Advisors and report to Operations Manager.
This is a fully remote position.
Expedition Expectations
- Supports and adheres to DT’s philosophy, policies, procedures, corporate goals, and department goals
- Supports industry and DT tools to best serve the customer
- Works across teams and clients to identify a clear understanding of Virtual Pay needs
- Develops and maintains communication with teams to ensure knowledge of progress on requests
- Actively participates in weekly meetings with Support Team
- Maintains knowledge of current industry events, changes, and new development in the travel industry

Passport to Success
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in travel industry
- Proficient in Apollo and Sabre
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
