About the Role:

EOI isseekinga highly organized and proactiveProject Manager, Solutions Deliveryto drive the successful implementation and ongoing management of benefits technology for our clients. Reporting to the Director, Solutions Delivery, you will act as the key liaison betweenbswifttechnology delivery teams,clientHR teams,andbroker partners. This requires diligentassessment ofclient needs,clarifying anddocumentingenrollment rules and product specs,client employeecensusanalysis,validatingconfigurationaccuracy,and coordination of testingprior togolive. You willensureprojects are delivered on time, accurately, and with exceptional client satisfaction. You willbe theprimary POC for anyclienttechnical issuesthatariseandfacilitatemeeting theclient’sevolvingneedswith thebswiftplatform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technologydelivery;guidingthecase builders, data specialists, clients, and brokers through system implementation and ongoing support.

  • Lead the full lifecycle of benefits technology projects, including requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, integration (data feeds/EDIs), and client approval.

  • Act as thebswiftsubject matter expert, advising clients and internal teams on system capabilities, best practices, and evolving needs.

  • Lead and support the technology team in troubleshooting and resolving technical or process issues, ensuringtimelyresolution and minimal client disruption.

  • Manage project timelines,monitorpost-implementation performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Close collaboration with the rest of the clientfacing team (those leading the non-technologyaspects of thecase) toensureaunited andconsistentclientexperience.

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to clients and internal teams, ensuring successful adoption andutilizationof the system.

Required Skills &Attributes

  • Exceptional Project Management discipline:Highly visibleownership of the project, organizing/leadingmeetingsand deliverables, managingclient/brokerexpectations,driving accountability,mitigation of project risk,identifyingimprovementopportunities.

  • Deep understanding of thebswiftplatform’s capabilitiesand ability to elicit the required information and decisions to enable theconfiguration, workflows, and integrations.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority.

  • Analyticalthinkerskilled at breaking complex problems into actionable solutions.

  • Extensive experiencefacilitatingclientdecisionsthatimpacttheconfiguration andsystematicsuccess ofmedical, dental, vision,lifeandothervoluntary benefit products.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Customer-centric mindset, balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Excel andextensivefamiliaritywith Benefits Administration systems, integrations, and third-party technology.

  • Fluent in dataanalysisand auditingtechniques.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Business, ora relatedfield preferred.

  • 5+yearscoordinating the delivery and support of Benefits Administration systems, with extensivebswiftexperience.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $80,000 to $95,000 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
