Defines the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for client product and / or service delivery projects. Manages resources (that is, capital requirements and human capital) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope and on budget. Manages delivery of multiple project initiatives to enhance services and level of customer support. Responsibilities include planning, direction, prioritization, change management and delivery of projects in a manner aligned with client expectations and business needs.
- Develops & applies practical understanding of client requirements and project management concepts, practices and methodologies.
- Coordinates project activities / tasks.
- With guidance, performs standard Project Management Specialist duties, including: Initial scoping and planning, Cost estimation and budgeting, Scheduling, Team member selection and facilitation, Risk management, Documentation, including preparation of communication and presentation packages, and Post-project evaluation.
- Learns and applies the company's Project Management policies and guidelines.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Client Project and Program Management.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
- MS Excell skills are required
Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant experience.
