About Dialectica

Dialectica is at the forefront of connecting investors and businesses with hard-to-find expert knowledge, empowering better decision making for our clients. We are embarking on an ambitious project that can redefine the access to unique, proprietary insights that sit in the minds of millions of knowledge workers around the globe.

Our team of +1,400 professionals in 6 offices spanning 3 continents, works with top-tier investment funds, management consulting firms, and Fortune 500 companies around the globe. Dialectica has been recognized as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies by the Financial Times for 4 years in a row.

At Dialectica, we’re not just growing fast—we’re embracing the transformative potential of AI to reshape our industry. Through a broad range of AI-driven initiatives across the company, our goal isn’t simply greater efficiency, but a complete reimagining of how knowledge is discovered, accessed, and put to work.

What are we looking for?

To build out a competitive insights product, we are seeking an experienced GTM engineer with both creativity and technical skills to become the “automated outbound center of excellence” in the company, with an initial focus on scaling-up the outreach to experts and their onboarding in our knowledge-sharing platform. This person will be responsible for the outcomes of the outbound workflows (e.g. Survey conversions) and building out all the workflows/automations needed to achieve this goal.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Expert inbound journey orchestration: Architect and optimize the end-to-end expert inbound journey for experts, from ICP identification to initial contribution. This includes for example building any top-of-funnel assets that are needed for this journey.
  • Execute and manage outbound campaigns; implement robust feedback loops to analyze performance and refine strategies.
  • Leverage technical proficiency: Use SQL/Python to integrate growth automation tools, APIs, and maintain the lead generation and qualification tech stack.
  • Own scalability: Ensure systems and campaigns scale effectively with increasing pipeline targets.
  • Perform detailed data analysis and pipeline reporting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM, RevOps, or Growth Engineering roles.
  • Proven track record in building and optimizing lead gen/pipeline development workflows.
  • Hands-on experience automating B2B workflows.
  • Technical skills, with a focus on Python/SQL.
  • Proven experience working in-house within companies, not exclusively through agencies, vendors, or as external consultants.
  • Background in environments with lower Average Contract Value (ACV), ideally not focused on enterprise-level product sales.
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities — prior management experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to contribute as an individual contributor is essential.

It would be great if you also have:

  • High creativity and ability to come up with innovative ways to capture people’s attention as well as adapt the traditional B2B playbook to the information services world.
  • Strong business acumen combined with deep technical expertise.
  • Data-driven experimentation mindset, skilled in designing and testing growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in building scalable automated systems.
  • Adaptability and quick learner of new growth technologies.
  • Experimentation culture: Rapid experimentation—testing, failing fast, iterating, and scaling successful approaches.

Benefits

We offer a competitive remuneration package where you'll be rewarded for your individual and team performance. Our comprehensive rewards package includes support for flexible & hybrid working and career development through Learning & Development opportunities, plus benefits that suit your needs including a private health insurance scheme and a wide range of discounts, offers and promotions. • Support and coaching from some of the most engaging colleagues around.
  • Opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career in a global organisation.
  • A diverse and inclusive culture supported through a number of initiatives.
  • The freedom and flexibility to handle your role in a way that's right for you.
