Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering end-to-end Data Science or AI Engineering projects
• 4+ years leading larger expert teams working on complex solutions
• Strong track record of shipping AI/ML products that create measurable business impact in a corporate environment
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
• Strong technical oversight with fluency in Python and SQL, and hands-on experience productionizing ML/LLM solutions in cloud environments
• Deep knowledge of retrieval/RAG, agent orchestration, prompt/versioning, tracing, and RAG evaluation
• Ability to communicate complex technical choices clearly and simply
