Dexcom Corporation is a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring. The Incentive Compensation Manager will support global sales incentive compensation plan design, goal allocation, IC execution, and administration for the global sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 8-12 years of related experience in Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, or a related analytical role
- Hands-on experience with IC tools and platforms (e.g., SalesIQ, Xactly, Incentive 360, Anaplan, etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams
