QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

You will be working in an agile environment with an awesome team on the implementation of world-class software products.

As an automation engineer, you will be in charge of assuring the quality of the digital products we build by:

• Detecting and prioritizing defects.
• Identifying critical paths to automate.
• Implementing repeatable and maintainable automated tests that continually run in a CI/CD environment.

You might also be responsible for automating other processes not necessarily related to quality control, using RPA and other automation tools.

Requirements

• Very detail-oriented.
• Basic to medium programming skills.
• Proven experience as QA Engineer.
• Full-time availability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience automating software testing.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Certification(s) or similar.
• Knowledgeable in at least one testing automation tool. (Cypress, Protractor, TestCafe, Appium, etc.).
• Experience working with modern software development best practices, including code version control (git), Unit Testing, TDD, Code Reviews, CI/CD, etc.
• Knowledgeable in RPA (Robot Process Automation) tools.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Fluent in English.
