Production Manager

We are currently looking for a Production Success Manager who will be a hybrid of production assistant, operations coordinator, and workflow optimizer. You’ll support day-to-day production activities while also helping implement new processes, tools, and systems that improve how our production teams operate.

You’ll be deeply embedded with the VP of Production, owning research, documentation, tracking, communication, and coordination so that priorities stay clear and execution stays tight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary support partner to the VP of Production across multiple initiatives
• Assist with research, preparation, and follow-ups for production planning and strategy
• Support day-to-day production coordination across teams and projects
• Maintain accurate tracking in Jira (tasks, workflows, dependencies, status updates)
• Own spreadsheets, trackers, documentation, and dashboards used by production
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and risks are clearly visible and up to date
• Help implement new production processes and workflows across teams
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements
• Support change management as new tools or processes are rolled out
• Support clear communication between production leadership and teams
• Help prepare internal updates, documentation, and written communications

Requirements

Key Experience:

• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in Jira and structured project-tracking tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Confident working with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
• Comfortable supporting senior leadership and handling sensitive information

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in game development, creative production, or digital studios
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation tools, etc.)
• Experience improving workflows or implementing new processes
