Outsource Art Producer - Devoted Fusion (Platform)

Devoted Fusion is an end-to-end self-service freelancer hub built for the games industry to help game studios hire pre-vetted artists quickly, transparently, securely, and affordably.

As our Outsource Art Producer, you'll be the first point of contact for both clients and artists using Fusion. You’ll be responsible for reviewing incoming project submissions, helping suggest additional freelance talent for projects, and ensuring smooth, fast, and high-quality connections.

You’ll also manage and maintain backend systems, workflows, and communication pipelines - speed and precision are crucial. A strong understanding of the gaming industry, art pipelines, and freelance workflows will help you succeed in this role.

This is an ideal position for someone who understands art production pipelines but is looking to transition or expand their skillset to include Business Development also.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and triage new project submissions from game studios
• Review incoming project needs, work with studios on completing art briefs, and help suggest additional d artists for projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for inbound clients and artists using the Fusion platform
• Manage client expectations and keep communication clear, fast, and professional
• Ensure the backend systems (project status, artist availability, profiles, bids, invoicing) are always accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate, support, or troubleshoot challenges
• Provide status reports, usage feedback, and surface any platform or process improvements
• Champion a client-first, solutions-oriented experience from start to finish

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in client-facing roles (success, support, production, or coordination)
• Background in gaming, digital art production, or working with creative teams
• Outstanding communication skills — professional, fast, and solution-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once with speed and accuracy
• Familiarity with freelance workflows, databases, and client management tools
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in backend systems and tracking
• Proactive, independent mindset — you can run with tasks and improve processes on your own

Nice to have:

• Experience working at a game studio or co-dev partner
• Knowledge of 2D/3D art styles, pipelines, and artist specialties
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, HubSpot, or CRM/project management platforms
• Passion for games, production pipelines, or building creative communities
