The Field Marketing Specialist supports the Canadian Sales organization by delivering customized assets, printed materials, pricing resources, and Showpad-based enablement tools. The role supports the Product and Event Management teams in ensuring field readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize marketing assets and help ensure sales tools to support field needs.
- Manage digital and print asset distribution and quality.
- Support Showpad content management and analytics.
- Collaborate on small events and field marketing initiatives.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives as needed to deliver against commercial execution goals.
Expected Outcomes
- High field satisfaction with asset availability and support.
- Improved Showpad utilization and content quality.
- Efficient delivery of marketing materials to support sales outcomes.
Skills & Tools
- Experience with digital asset management, Showpad.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing/Communications role, preferably within a global, matrixed organization or regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or technology).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex go-to-market execution plans across multiple channels and working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage to a budget management and work with external vendor partners.
- Ability to travel 10-20% as required.
