Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in Java development with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in latest Java technologies (Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
- Domain knowledge in Banking – Core Banking, Payments, Remittance, Trade Finance, Compliance, or Digital Channels.
- Familiarity with security frameworks, tokenization, and authentication standards used in banking.
