The consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and strategy of integrating partner benefits into a new program and enhancing Managed Services practice maturity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of proven experience in Project Coordinator/Project Manager roles, Program Management, Channel Partner Benefits & Incentives, tools, and processes
- 2+ years of experience with Channel Partners (Managed Services Providers, non-transacting partners)
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of global channel programs and operations
- Independent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail for effective program execution
- Proven ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders
