We’re looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Lead to join our remote team and help design and deliver cutting-edge Salesforce Data Cloud solutions that combine human ingenuity with AI-powered automation. This is a 100% remote position open to candidates across LATAM.

Skills

• Minimum 6 years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role focused on Data Cloud.
• Deep expertise and proficiency with the Data Cloud platform, leading both solutioning and architecture based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Best-practice and ingenuity in the implementation and governance of Data Model Objects, identity resolution rules, calculated insights, and harmonized data modeling.
• Expertise with Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Workflows), reports, dashboards, and omni-channel features.
• Experience orchestrating ETL/ELT tooling and event streaming from external sources into the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable Data Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in AI and automation tools, including Einstein Automate, Agentforce, and adjacent Salesforce AI technologies.
• Ability to manage and optimize data activation across Salesforce and third-party platforms.
• Security and compliance awareness, including permission sets, role hierarchies, and data governance practices.
• Salesforce Certifications: Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Administrator I/II, Data Architect.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center, Copado, or similar.
• Understanding of autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and executing workflows within Salesforce.
• Advanced English.

Main Activities

• Lead full lifecycle Salesforce Data Cloud designs, implementations, and enhancements, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Architect and deliver automated solutions leveraging Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Einstein Automate to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Provide leadership on AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Einstein, Agentforce, and other third-party tools.
• Own and manage the identity resolution process and customer Golden Record within the Data Cloud environment, working closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to maintain data enrichment pipelines.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, service, IT, and senior stakeholders to identify data-related challenges and develop scalable, business-aligned solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of Data Cloud specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
• Manage project timelines, team resources, governance, and ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards.
