What you’ll achieve
As an Application Support Analyst (Clinical Information Management Solution) you will be part of our highly successful clinical support team, utilising your skills in the support and maintenance of our market leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare environment.
Working with an extended vastly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:

  • Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage, analysis, and resolution. Problem / Defect identification and categorisation with ability to think logically and laterally as required.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our customers to foster collaboration and facilitate growth
  • Provide expert advice both internally and externally pertaining to Dedalus clinical information management solutions to promote best practice outcomes
  • Support clients through from user acceptance testing as required to installation and maintenance.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in the following:
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL with ability to write and execute complex scripts
  • Providing Technical support for healthcare IT systems
  • Degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology
  • Microsoft Server Admin Experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Database administration experience
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Experienced in the use of IIS or Apache
  • Knowledge in Healthcare Workflow & HL7 Standard
  • Ability to troubleshoot MS Windows Server issues
