Requirements
- 5+ years in research, intelligence, knowledge management, consulting, or content-driven data roles
- At least 2 years leading a team
- Editorial judgment
- Track record designing taxonomies, ontologies or research frameworks for complex domains
- Experience scaling team operations: SOPs, quality controls, throughput KPIs, capacity planning
- Comfortable in technical conversations
- Hands-on with modern AI tooling
- Comfortable working across Manila–Paris timezones and as part of a remote co-leadership
- Fluent English
