Dedale is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Paris. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of recruitment experience, be comfortable in a startup/scale-up environment, and have experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS. The role will involve running the full recruitment cycle autonomously, sourcing proactively and creatively, and owning and growing Dedale's employer brand. The salary range is €45k-€50k, with flexible working arrangements and other perks.
Requirements

- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Genuine headhunting skills
- Ability to manage 30+ requisitions per year independently
- Experience with startup/scale-up or finance-adjacent environments
