We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Technical Analyst to design, implement, support, and enhance the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations, complex system integrations, and enterprise-scale CRM environments.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a technical or techno-functional role.
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration and administration, Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
- Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Solid experience with data migration, data quality management, and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and Sales Cloud data model.
- Ability to work effectively with architects, developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
