What Will You Do?
Key Responsibility:
- Work with clients to understand their business processes and data management needs.
- Configure and customize SAP Data Sphere software to meet client requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to clients.
- Work closely with senior consultants to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Participate in project planning and implementation activities.
- Document and communicate project progress and status to clients and team members.
- Stay up to date with SAP Data Sphere software updates and advancements.
- Document project scope – Functional & Technical Design Specifications
- Utilise solid business analysis skills in understanding client requirements.
- Ensure client satisfaction at each stage of the project (incl. negotiation, conflict resolution etc).
Who Do You Need to Be?
- Should possess a strong passion for data and digital transformation and demonstrate a keen interest in learning and staying up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- 3 + Years experience with data cleansing and data modelling.
- Experience and understanding of SAP ERP models such as SD, MM, FICO, HCM, and PS highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Knowledge of SAP Data Sphere software and its components beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with SAP BW implementation projects is a plus.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
- 1+ years exposure to business analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the emphasis on relationship building, understanding business requirements, and management of business expectations.
- Ability to be proactive and be accountable for your own deliverables.
