The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Operations Training Program Coordinator will work as a full-time employee supporting a growing U.S.-based client. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, coordinating learning programs, and driving user adoption of various business applications. You will ensure the smooth execution of training initiatives by managing schedules, tracking course completions within SCU, maintaining accurate data across systems, and coordinating logistics for both virtual and in-person events.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Training Expertise – Effectively delivering engaging training sessions and adapting to different learning styles.

  • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

  • Public Speaking – Experience conducting presentations, webinars, and virtual or in-person training sessions.

  • Time Management – Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage training schedules efficiently.

  • Adaptability – Capable of learning new technologies quickly and transferring knowledge effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • SCU Course Coordination – Schedule trainings, track completions, and support consistent developmental growth across markets.

  • Content Support – Assist the Sr. Training Specialist with updating slide decks, training assets, and collateral using Canva.

  • Data Management – Aggregate feedback, maintain competency trackers, and ensure accuracy across SCU, Visual Planner, and Excel.

  • Visual Planner Updates & Training Documentation - Keep competency levels, SCU assignments, and course statuses current and well-documented.

  • Training Events Logistics – Coordinate calendars, send invites, manage venues, prepare materials, and provide on-site support for training events.

  • Celebration Communications – Draft and distribute monthly updates highlighting training achievements and reinforcing our development culture.

  • Leadership Dinner Coordination – Schedule, send reminders, and track follow-up for development dinners with RTI Leadership.

  • SharePoint Maintenance – Keep the training repository organized, structured, and easily accessible for field-facing Artisans.

  • Staffing Support - assist with organization, updates, and Visual Planner competency maintenance as needed.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education – High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience – 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, HR support, or training coordination role.

  • Language Proficiency – Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Work Schedule – Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Canva.

    • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

    • Clear written and verbal communication.

    • Comfort working with multiple systems and data sources.

    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 50,000

  • Industry: Chemical Cleaningand Refinery Maintenance (Industrial Solutions)

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (US)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (US)
