As aDCX Client Services Home-Based Commissions Team Specialist you will oversee invoice processing and payment. You will be responsible for managing vendor relations, keeping an up-to-date vendor database, and relevant AP reporting. Day to day you will be making significant contributions to our partner’soperations and get the opportunity to enlarge your scope and shape your career.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Calculate and process agent commission payments accurately and on schedule
Review transaction records, contracts, and closing statements to validate commission structures
Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Reconcile commission reports with financial records and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all commission-related transaction
Collaborate with agents, sales teams, and internal departments to address commission inquiries
Assist in preparing financial reports related to commissions and revenue tracking
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within commission workflows
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
Background in real estate commission processing or brokerage accounting
Familiarity with real estate transactions, escrow, and closing processes
Experience working with accounting or CRM systems
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: Php 35,000- Php 37,500
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
