We are looking for a customer development representative to join our customer success team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer development, customer success management, key account management, or business development management. The role involves researching and identifying upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities, initiating contact with new contact persons, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, work independently, and have a strong organizational talent. Fluency in German and English is required.
