Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Informatica MDM C360 SaaS and IDMC Specialist, located in Pune, India.

Responsibilities: -

• Extensive Experience (4+ years) in Design and development of Informatica MDM SaaS application Customer (C360) SaaS version.
• Business 360 service within IDMC - Data Model, Business Applications, Business Events, Basic and Advanced rule associations, ingress and egress jobs, Data Access Rules, RBAC and ABAC access, Create & View and Edit Pages, Survivorship, Match/Merge Configuration and Performance Tuning, Reference Data, Hierarchies and Relationships, Address Verifier, Enrichment and Validation Orchestrator (EVO) framework
• Data Integration service within IDMC - Mappings, Mapping tasks and Task flows for Ingress/Egress jobs
• Administrator service within IDMC - Users, User Groups, User Roles, Connections, SAML Setup, Runtime Environments
• Data Quality service within IDMC - Rule Specifications, Dictionaries
• Understanding of Informatica MDM API - SIF (SOAP) & Business Entity Services (REST)
• Experience with Business 360 REST APIs.
• Design, implement, and support integrations using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Customer Data Integration (CDI) modules.
• Demonstrate extensive expertise in Informatica IDMC Cloud Application Integration (CAI) to design, develop, and manage real-time integration solutions that connect cloud and on-premises systems efficiently and reliably.
• Collaborate with business owners and technical teams in the EU and India to gather and translate requirements into integration solutions.
• Manage the lifecycle of integration services including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Configure and maintain data synchronization and master data management workflows using IDMC CDI.
• Support SaaS-based integrations and API management within the Informatica ecosystem.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance during integration processes.
• Assist in upgrades, patching, and environment management of IICS/IDMC applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides for implemented solutions.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Design and development of Informatica MDM SaaS application Customer (C360) SaaS version.
• Business 360 service within IDMC - Data Model, Business Applications, Business Events, Basic and Advanced rule associations, ingress and egress jobs, Data Access Rules, RBAC and ABAC access, Create & View and Edit Pages, Survivorship, Match/Merge Configuration and Performance Tuning, Reference Data, Hierarchies and Relationships, Address Verifier, Enrichment and Validation Orchestrator (EVO) framework
• Strong knowledge in designing and implementing MDM solutions.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Customer Data Integration (CDI) modules.
• Hands-on experience in designing, building, and managing cloud integrations and data workflows.
• Knowledge of SaaS application integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience configuring connectors, APIs, and web services in IICS.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Experience in data quality rules and master data management principles.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and basic SQL for data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
