Dashmote is a start-up focusing on the next generation of data products
powered by AI technology, with offices in Amsterdam (HQ) and Shanghai. We
connect the offline and online worlds by decoding the digital footprint of
locations, allowing our enterprise clients to understand the market and make

make sure that we have the right people in place to put such plans into practice.

Main responsibilities
Assist in the operation and maintenance of the scrapy sourcing project.
Assist in the data cleaning and extraction process.
Assist in web or app data sourcing development as required.
Solve problems under guidance.
Day-to-day communications across the team to ensure a smooth delivery.
Requirements
Your background
Current undergraduate students in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
Understanding Python, and experience with SQL and NoSQL is preferred.
Understanding web sourcing principles, HTTP protocols, and knowledge of common anti-crawler principles is preferred.
Experience in Requests, Scrapy, BS4, Xpath, Regex, etc. is preferred.
Understanding data cleansing and experience with data processing using Pandas is preferred.
Understanding of version control tools (e.g. Git) and database management systems (Mysql).
English is preferred.
Willingness to learn and master new skills in a short period.
(Applicable to internship candidates) Preferably onboarding ASAP, for at least 5 months, 3 days per week minimum.
